Our mission is to empower people to transform their communities with the gospel. That’s why we come alongside local leaders and equip them to carry out the work that God has called them to do in their communities.

We want to see lasting change in the countries where we work, so we employ national staff who are deeply invested in their communities. We then work with our staff to build volunteer teams by raising up local leaders and volunteers.

Those leaders and volunteers then begin to invite friends, family, and neighbors to participate in our programs. This creates a ripple effect that transforms entire communities!
